VL Turbo.. what are 3 spall pipes on crossover pipe?

hi guys i got my hands on a vl turbo kit and im dummying it all up on a spare rb30 that i have to see what hoses and stuff will need replacing, and if i have all the bolts and stuff. ect

on the standard vlt crossover pipe the are 3 small metal pipes or lines going across. i looked on my NA motor and i couldnt see any existing hosed or anything going over.

what are these 3 for?

According to This Skyline Topic they go to the Carbon Cannister, but I have no idea really, some people say they don't even have those 2 pipes on theirs.

yeah those are the ones. if its just the carbon canister then ill pull them off.
