are vl tailshaft the same as a vh to vk (v8)

hey guys just wondering if a tailshaft out of a vh v8 will fit into a vl v8 both trimatics thanks help apprecated

nup....
VL diff connection (its a flange) is different

you can split the tailshaft ..use the VH front and a VL rear

The only case where it may be the same is a late model vk running a borgwarner diff. But n general smitty is right
