Default Oil capacity for VL six turbo

Just bought a VL turbo six and I would like to know what the oil capacity is when changing oil and filter?

yeah the first 5 ltrs is the engine flush.
or you could just change the old rb30 vl oil every 5000k's instead of 10,000 like the book says.

I usually put oil in the head until it nearly over flows, then I wipe the excess oil away, put the cap back on & drive away a happy fella!
