Just wondering if the standard turbo TB is the same size as the N/A one.
Reason for asking is i have an oversize TB, about 70mm i think, that bolts straight up..
So are the TB's interchangeable?
cheers
S'all good. Found the information i was chasing.
For any future reference, yes they are the same
So are the stock turbo TB that came on the turbo VL's bigger & a straight bolt on to the stock NA VL motors?

they are exactly the same size and are identical parts. so puting a turbo TB onto a N/A offers no power enhancements
Ah, thanks haha

Just thought id add the 2 litre pintara tbs are a direct bolt on to vls and there bigger.
the germans designed it, the aussies built it, the japs got it moving and the wogs got it dosing...
Make much of a difference, aka, is it worth it? anyone know how much pintara throttle body's are going for?

ford xf throttle body is the go
@starfire.
The reason I asked is because I already have the pintara throttle body which bolts straight onto the N/A and wanted to see if it would fit turbo manifolds
@bowdown. Xf TB aren't a straight bolt up while the pintara one fits straight on. That was my reasoning for it
