vl V8 running problem

Ive done a search but not very successfull.
Anywho my problem is with my vl v8 wagon
when im cruising at low speeds and then put my foot down my car shudders and acts like its not getting fuel but it gets a real bad smell of unburnt fuel. If i slowly put my foot down and increase it with the revs its fine. Is it cause im flooding it? and why does it only do it with my vl v8 and not my mates?

i second that try leaning your mixes out on the jets slightly.. or put it in for a professional tune...

hows ya air filter is is blocked this will make her run rich as its not getting the required air to lean her out when u give it a boot full

i thought it was running way 2 rich. Air filter is new, that got replaced with the service it got not long ago.'
My wags is currently unregisterd so it wont be going anywhere soon so im gonna try and get the fuel 2 air mix right. Cheers guys ill get back 2 ya with results

also is it running a holley? if so adjust the acelarator pump arm sounds like it might be coming on to soon
