With that money i'd be looking for a wreck turbo or calais turbo with the driveline good. An Engine gearbox would probably cost that much and then you probs need a diff to match and other bits n pieces. If you had more money a skyline twin cam half-cut would be the go.

i have a stock vl nonturbo now if i get a RB30t motor and put it in what would i have to change :b:

you'd have to change the whole rear end. I'm not sure if the diff/axle housing is different but the diff centre is different ratio, the axles have more splines and have a bigger diameter, so then the hubs will be different and you'll have to put disc brakes on the back. you may as well go to the wreckers and try to buy the entire driveline from engine to entire rear end.
