VL not starting HELP

i am having troubles starting my vl i have replaced the ecu due to water damage but now it wont start could anyone help with test is could do to find the problem thanks

hello i have looked at the codes on the ecu and it hasent got code 11 which is the Cas so would it be the coil or PT if anyone could help with some test i could doi to find what it could be would be helpfulll thanks

i have relizes that the plug where the cas is is lose like the cas bolts are lose maybe is this ment to be lose ??

is the cas ment to be lose?
