I got a sedan VL, has anyone changed the throttle body to a bigger one? If so any change or Nar?
Uhhhhh from memory someone mentioned using an xf t.b. or some shit, can't remember if it helped performance wise.
Edit: Apparently there's no difference,
Here's the link:

There is a bit of difference, but it is not huge, it's more so for the turbo's.
it can help with pod filter, extractors and a 2 1/4inch exhaust.
Nobody wants to play with me
Cuz I wanna get the most out of a p plate legal car
hey bud, exept for an exhaust (which i suggest a single 2.5in with a set of headers and a decent muffler) the best trick with an N/A rb30 is to advance the timing belt 1 tooth, i used to do this with all my N/A vl's and it does make a difference, also get a set of diff gears, you can get a set of 4.11s from a nissan pintara and the crown wheel and pinion bolt stright up to a vl
that should wake it up a bit
Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!
Doesnt understand the point of doing mods to a "P Plate Legal" car...which would then make it illegal???
But, if you really must.

You're going outside the factory specs of a 25 year old car. There's always the possibility. Eg. Melted pistons

using an adjustable timing gear you can adjust up to 4 degrees
Also ram some 90/100mm drain pipe from under the airbox and you'll have the cheapest and best flowing VL CAI on the market
Ebay chip FTW lmao
