Hey guys i have just picked up a vl quite cheap and when going over the car i have noticed that on the rear of the car there is a badge that says limited edition, the vl is un changed from factory with a v8 in it, it also has a blue and a red strip down the side of the car with the opera house build into the strips. On the interior on the right hand side above the glove box there is another badge that says limited edtition and says the number 101 not sure what this means, i tryed google and it says it's a bicentenial model only 200 build with the limited edition badge but not sure and help or clarification on this would be great.
here are a couple of the several threads on here, they should help with some of your questions,
don't post in the old threads if you need more answers post in your thread.

Have a look under the passenger carpet, you may find the build sheet.
Nothing to get excited about really but sounds nice

these are some pics of the car and the badges i was talking about this car is stock as a rock un changed from when it rolled off the factory floor owner by a preist and hardly driven.
VL opera house edition. Dealer upgrade pack. Not really that special just a dealer bonus to sell more cars.

But none the less: a very tidy car...props to the OP and to the big man himself for making Holden on the 7th day
For sure. Very nice car.

yea am very happy with it, the interior is immaculate not a mark or scratch and the seats looks like brand new, i don't want to change anything and maybe start putting it in shows and show everyone wat a vl looks like with out 20's under the guards hahaa
just a couple from the side where you might be able to see the red and blue small stripes
