Hi Guys first time posting on here, been snooping around for awhile though, im just wondering what i would need to lower my vl executive, im looking into buying the monroe shocks and king springs (link is listed below), Than also looking into getting an adjustable panhard rod to keep the rear lined up perfectly (link also below). is this all i need when lowering my vl or do i need more stuff ?

Yea man that's all you need, although you may want to look at the superlow kit as well (50mm drop instead of 30mm),

eBay stuff will be fine, you may need to roll your guards to fit the 19s, but that will be it.
gaurd rolling isnt really an issue these days.ive had plenty of vls with 245/19s on them lowered with no gaurd rolling
