rb25 into my vl HELP!!

hello!

alright i have a vl with a rb20 conversion in it, couple of weeks ago i let the gudjen pin come out of the bottom of the block (opps ) NOW my question is, is the wiring the same as for a rb25? i got my hands on an rb25 i have the wiring harness an what not but i was just wondering if anyone has done this change? from what i can read up on some sites the rb20 box will bolt up but wont handle the torque an much of a hard time, its got a descent Greddy computer behind it as well, it has 2 different connection points? would this mean although it plugs up an runs the rb20 will the rb25 plug up an just get tuned for it? some of these question might be done that are going to come but whocares id prefer to know then to stuff up!

What do you mean the wiring? The engine loom? The RB20DET gearbox will bolt up but is a lot weaker than an RB25DET gearbox.

engine loom needs re wiring .
rb20 box isnt the best but should do the job

so all the wiring is different? is there much stuffin around between the to wiring harnesses? yeah the loom itself


yeah the 20 box will ahve to do for now i just wanna get it running before i chase a box up
