Default HELP!!!!! VL RB30E gearbox strip down

Can anyone help me i removed my box to do what i thought was a seized thrust bearing but ended up being a gearbox bearing. long story short someone kept f***ing interupting me while i stripped my box down and now need an exploded view and some help putting the son of a B***h back together.
Any help would be great. (diagrams/repair manuals etc)

build a man cave you can lock so the interuptor's can't enter, drop ur phone down the toilet or maybe kitty litter tray (to exercise self control to answer it when you're supposed to be concentrating on what you're doing) and then buy a max ellory's manual seeing as nearly every gregory's i've ever had only has 1/4 the needed info in them vs the max ellery's

gregorys has enough info in it for the vl 5 speeds, it's got 5 pages showing the internal exploded views (not full page views, just different parts) and i know the scanner won't get the detail needed so i'm not even going to try

now this may sound bad to some forum users but if you have a nissan dealership close by, in the past i found them to be more helpful and willing to let you look at the parts lists they have and print stuff like that out as the part number differed between them, they were cheaper to get genuine parts from than holden, this was a couple of years ago and i think the parts guys i dealt with for this kind of stuff had fun looking the older stuff up compared to the run of the mill newer gear

ps. mf5 is what you'll be looking for instead of vl 5 speed

    Thanks for the info.
I have the gearbox back together without using a workshop manual and have no left over bolts/springs/washers. LOL
