i just feel like im talking to myself sometimes... it went good if any one cares. havent gotten through to the engine bay for battery yet. couldnt find a hole to get the power wire through. so are in the process of drilling through just behind drivers side where the stock 4 inch speakers were. is there another spot. i knwo there must be but i buggered if i know where. the little black box went in just there too. off the the left side of the air con shute.

I only just browsed through this thread quickly but there is a hole in the firewall with a little black grommet if that helps; it comes through under the steering wheel.

hey mate, first time i've seen this thread too.

how'd you go? difficult job? would you tackle it again?

I'm seriously considering it, but with power window motor etc to go in there well I'm kind of worried I'm going to put it in the wrong spot and stuff things up entirely.
