take off all like clips surrounding the door handle and the lock slider.
then 2 screws under the arm rest and then turn that anti-clockwise.

every 15cm i think it is there are clips that are clip into the wooden door moulds they just push into the tin frame of the car.
push a flathead screw driver up where they are and jsut ply it off!

i did mine an hour ago. takes 4 minutes, and u break every second one if the wood is crumbled and more the likely will be if some1 has put 6" speakers in already.

thats the trims.. and yes, that looks good, is that what you were after?

if not, you can get door pin removal tools from supercheap.

im trying to get the whole door off any newbie can pull the trim off the door of a vl. the prob is there are no pins or anything in the hinges just a hole right through the hinge. the body part of the hinge and the door side of the hinge seem to be held together by nothing!?

well if the pins are already out try tapping it out. failing that i would say there is still something in there!

My son has a vl and we thought the hinge pins had fallen out because of what you are saying - just a hole straight through the hinges. Went to a wreckers chasing hinge pins and he gave me 2 second hand ones. Guess what, they are not pins but split tubes. I think one end is mushroomed. Need a special "drift" to knock them out/in which you can buy. Decided that there were no pins missing so left it as it was.

omg i did this- had to take the doors off.

went and bought the door pin remover tool only got 1 out of 8 out of the doors.

hardest F*cking job to do, very annoying.

spent $50 on the tool - was a waste of money.
your pins will still be in there, like the other guy said they are tubes with splits in then.

if you buy the tool try heating the hinges up as well to knock them out.

OR........do wot i did....get the shits and grab an angle grinder and take the doors off and leave the hinges on ruins the doors but you feel better
