prob represents the diff between engine displacement ie. 3L and 5L and auto or manual... just a guess...
VL 5.0L wasnt EFI so it didnt have a computer, may represent the diff between manual and auto tho, not sure.
hmmmm... lotsa guesses... it still runs fine.. just idling is a bit rougher.. i thought it was the difference between the 5 l and 3 l too but i guess it cant be now...
maybe this ones a pentium 5, n the other was a pentium 3? lol

no idea...
did u try putting the old one back in? just to see if it ran rough still??
could have been just by chance that it wanted to start running rough when you changed them!
5 and the 3 in my mind would have something to do with the amount of electric's that it has to run.. as calais came with the alarms etc... i dont think executives did.
i dunno, im guessing like the rest.
I CANT WALK ON WATER BUT I CAN STUMBLE ON ALCOHOL
lol.. mines a berlina.. umm it doesnt run rough... jus a lil rougher at idling...
maybe i'll ask holden..

I think a new ECU can take a while to adjust itself to another car, give it time, maybe speed up the idle
