interest in a VL WAGON MANUAL?

runs like a bag of shit, has a 5 speed, blows no smoke, runs like a 4 cylinder power wise i've changed so many things on it i think the answer is a new motor

interior isnt too bad to be truthful it's dirty but not bad

i dont want to sell it to someone i know cause he wants it as a first car and it needs work to get it roadworthy. It needs Tyres, power steerins leakin somewhere, front windscreen needs sealing off properly, gearbox and all seems ok, body is pretty strait no bent in panels or anything just like one or 2 little bumps LITTLE! i think its a good car but i've got another project and its a sedan which is wat i wanted.

so should i ring a wreckers and ask them to buy it?
i just think its a waste of a reasonable car, good bumpers, interior, box, and woteva else.

suggestions anyone? anyone looking for something like that? im in brisbane
