    Default RB20 conversion

has anyone here dropped an r31 rb20 into a 5-speed here? do they go hard? My friend took me for a spin in his skyline with the same engine the other day and i was impressed. Is it much work for the conversion? what else would i need to buy? intercooler? turbo timer etc? i know everyone says to upgrade your brakes first but id rather get the engine running nice, then do brakes and heavier clutch later. Theres one on ebay at the moment that im keen on.
    any info would be great.

get a front cut, the come with breeaks gearbox and all the shit u need
get breaks cos u dont wanna go fast till u can stop
    i know RB25 drop in easily (R32)
intercooler comes when u push more boost bat cant hurt aslong as u dont go massive and just make boost drag
tubo timer is a good ideah but not essential just dont turb her off bang strtae away after pushing her hard u know, just be smart
how much is the one on ebay? + poastage+ putting it in cos im sourcing my RB25DET front cut engin and gearbox all here in the car and running for $4500

    don't put a redtop rb20 from an r31, make sure you get a silver top rb20 from a r32
