VL I6 help

I have just replaced my sons motor and I am lost with the connection of the fuel lines to the motor. Can anyone take a look and tell me which hose connects to which line. Currently the line coming up from underneath nearest the firewall is connected to the top line on the motor and the front line is connected to the lower line on the motor. Can some confirm these connections.

dont bump... people probably just getting home from work and having a feed. youll get an answer with time without a doubt.
Id help you by going and having a look if my VL was set up the same way, but its not. stay tuned mate!!!!
