the price of vl calais garnishing

i was wondering if any one would have a ruff idea of the price of-

the garnishing over the key hole on the boot lid? (calais)
the end mouldings for the boot garnishing?
and a calais garnish between the lights?

i would just like a ruffy as i am in SA and there as rare as a vergin rabbit.
ive seen the calais between light moulding on ebay new and genuine 4 580bucks but thats the price of a semi good vk commie,
so i was thinking more like second hand, condition not botherd just need 2b st8 and ill get them repainted at work,

these ruffy price will give me a idea wat 2 offer this dude next my work who has a writen of vl calais sat in hes yard,

Pop up head lights of calais wat is the avg price of them 2 as ive seen a set at a local wreakers for $1250 is that right or is it way 2 much

Okay.. Well the corner pieces you should still be able to get from Holden, SHOULD.. 40 dollars for the pair - alot of people sell them second hand for more because noone looks at holden.

The center piece isn't at holden anymore. But I paid somewhere around 80- but they're going for 100+ no more then 120 i reckon (just for the center piece) try a vk because its the same and alot of owners may not be aware of the rarity/demand.

Umm.. The center garnish itself can go second hand for around 80, not in the best condition, could probably be done yourself for less..Heaps less.

so ur saying the boot lid center moulding on the vk calais is the same as the vl calais because last time i lookd at my cozns calais (vk) it lookd squarish and diffrnt,

as 4 the center between the light how would u do that ur self?
bog to make ridges (2 hard and time consuming) and then paint white, easyer 2 get s/h one,

and any ruff idea of the price of a front pop up lights (in SA priferably) as $1250 seems way 2much

Bex is right as usual these pieces are rare (except the tailight moulds) I have seen the boot lock cover strips go for $200 on ebay and brand new calais centre garnishes go for $250 (NOS). Because these parts are no longer available new and are in high demand they can charge what they like and people will pay. Calais fronts its the same story More people want them then there are fronts available so around $1000 seems to be the going price (unless you find some stooge who doesn't know what they are worth). But the good news is I have seen them go for $500 you just have to get lucky. and 2nd hand center garnishes go from $50-$100 good luck with the hunt aye.

looks like im off 2 try and stooge of some duse near my work 4 the parts i mainly want the center moulding as therer hard 2 find here, hope hes a complete nobhead and sells it cheap

yeah the pop up lights go for above 1g but they do look very nice, but i also hear the motor breaks easily

ive finally got a calais rear garnish
got it off a mate for 150 in ok nik, just need 2 get some lights off ebay and im done (after customize the garnish)
