Sounds alright to me, but if you want to put it into a car you'd probably want to put the turbo/V8 brakes/diff and suspension in to cope with the extra power

If its an original factory turbo motor and box then thats a good deal, as long as you can hear it running and all the bits are there. The na manuals are much weaker than the turbo manual box's so make sure it is what your paying for.

yeah like juzza said. if you are putting it into an NA vl then you would definitely want the better breaks, VLT V8 or do the VT conversion.
i have heard that the diff holds up quite well.
you would want to ask for a few months of warranty if anything goes wrong you can get some sort of compensation

Not sure about the diff but I think you would be able to give the suspension a miss, I was thinking in terms of a V8 conversion, then just now realised it's still a six so the weight wouldn't be as much as a V8

Just dont rip skids at every chance and your diff should last for a while.

That's good buying, even better if you get to remove it from the donor car! But there is no harm in trying to haggle.
