    Default

theres some disagreement about this, it seems to be controlled by a temp or pressure switch on the gasline

the electrical connectors near it are usually full of mud which doesnt seem to make any differernce
make sure the fanblades can rotate, I saw one where a small front shunt pushed the fan back so the blades were hard up against the radiator

    Thumbs up air cond fan

    To Harry and anyone else...
The electric fan only operates when told to by a PRESSURE switch fitted on the reciever drier in front of the condenser ( looks like a black 600ml bottle ) and turns on the fan in Hot temps like bumper to bumper traffic to bring down gas pressure which is building in the heat....
I was confused now I'm just not so sure!!

    RIP Peter (perfect) Brock....
