there is a little cylinder on the side off the Afm
pop the lid of the cylinder thing and there should be a screw in there,
get a philps head scredriver and turn the screw to adjust the sensor,

think right for more richer and left for leaner (if not other way round)

this pic is where the screw is located in

O and there is a way to test the Ohms its producing, get a circet tester and set it to ohms touch the 2 prons to the to little legs on inside of the AFM, the reading should be 382ohms (factory) if its not change it till you get that reading by simpaly turning the screw as discribed b4
and the engine has to be running while doing this
(not postive this is the way, some 1 plz confirm it 4 me)

the AFM cant work properly if there are any leaks between it and the engine in the air intake pipe, such as a split in a rubber section or a loose clamp

When you say pins 1 and 6 do you mean the pins where the plug connects or somewhere inside the intake?

I measured mine on the plug pins there and got zero ohms between 1 and 6??

Leave it pluged in and slide the rubber cover back, then you can get to the pins..ok

Pulled back the plug and ran car to test.

Zero ohms between terminal 1 and 6.

Does this mean my AFM is rooted??

Being at zero ohms doesnt mean its stuffed just adjust it untill it gets to 381 ohms, the lower the ohms the richer it will run so the higher the ohms the leaner it will run. When i checked mine it was on 760 ohms.
