I was under the impression that the pistons between turbo and non turbo were the same price.

I paid 2600 for my motor, cheapest I could find in this town too. I based it off a quote from Brisbane which was 2300 which was also pretty damn cheap.

Thats new pistons, rings, bearings, bored, honed, polished, acid dipped, painted, new cam, new valves, new water pump, rebuilt oil pump, bla bla bla bla bla. And I still haven't started it and its been 2-3 months now. Not even in the car.

ey bexter with all that work you are talkin about in that quote if u got all that done to a n/a it would basically be a turbo conversion yes? ofcource not include all exhust manifolds and all that but just the real interior parts of the engine?

Yeah the engine itself is basically a turbo engine after all that. Then you have to allow another, 700-2000 dollars to buy the bolt ons.
