Why bother when you can get a jatco to handle plenty of power?
well wher do i get one and how much
www.keas.com.au
Has the parts and the prices.
The jatco 4spd auto has a puter so i dont know how envolved that is with the engines puter.
I would reckon get ur a new stock box, shift kitted, cooler etc etc. that would be the best option i would say
The Jatco computer is totally seperate to the engine computer.
Didnt know that cheers rb26dett.
The auto computer does bugger all really, I think it is only there to stop the car from going into 4th (o/d) until it is warm enough.
So what would be envolved in the conversion anyway?
possibly..
tranny tunnel
tailshaft
tranny mounts
bellhousing
