you mean cold air induction? (CAI)

I've found the CAI a little nicer on my VS, after having tried both. Better induction noise for me, but it will be different on a VL, may sound a whole lot better than on the ecotec.

in the end its persaonal opinion i suppose i'll never go pat CAI, pods give more of a sucking sound but in my opinion CAI is more affective in getting cold air into your motor although water dust and small kids also get sucked in so weigh it up

part2... you still have a panel filter, yes? If so, crap is not going to get in...

its obviously personal opinion. A pod has little effect if its not in an enclosedd box, as all the hot air from the motor is getting into it.

i had a pod on my car for about 3 minutes, then threw it in the bin, and put the CAI and KnN panel filter back in.

i've tried both.. talking to experts they say pod if u have a turbo and if not, CAI...
i had a pod with a heat shield and it ran ok.. i just removed the pod, put the black box back in and setup my CAI.. runs a hell of a lot better.. trust me
I wonder what those scales on the top right side of my posts do...

just think, would humans like more hot air with dust and shit (trying to say POD), or colder air with restricted dust and so on (Panel)
