can anyone fill me in on away to adlust afm fairly close
OK Simple
The AFM sensor is on the air intake pipe. Unplug it and attach a voltmeter/multimeter to the first/last pin. It should read 382 ohms. If it doesn't, the circle to the left contains a screw that you can adjust to make it read 382.
Cheers
(PS, Yes I did this is on the VL and it improved economy)

there must be no leaks in the rubber sections of the air intake system or the AFM cant work properly as air is being sucked in upstream of it
with a faulty AFM, my VL would only just idle but couldnt be revved up any more
is there any sort of a 'get you home' fix if the AFM suddenly stops working?
