Tail Lights

Ok, so i know this question has probably been asked a thousand times, but i was wondering how easy it is to replace the rear tail lights on the VL berlina. mine are cracked and sun damaged which is ruining the whole appearance of the back end. Also, is there anything cool that can be done with the lights? I saw another post about white coverings but i didnt really like the look of it...

yep easy as! few bolts & whole lot comes off... New lights the go. Calais tail lights always popular... or tint them? Or get berlinas to replace the same as you have.

I guess depends on your personal prefrence & colour of your car?

The 2 tailights and the plastic part between them all come out as 1 piece so be careful when removing them because breaking the mounts for the screws is common. Take out the whole lot together get a mate to help, and take it apart on the ground/workbench whatever suits. The tailights are screwed to the garnish and the whole lot bolts to the car.
(don't forget the rubber gaskets afterwards either.)
