`hey can someone please give me a rundown on how to remove the rear seat from my vl.

You've got to take the botom part out first, it just pulls toward the front of the car.. might be a little tricky.. once its out, the other part is pretty easy..

dam its hot outside just had a quick crack at it then , was moving a lil bit but didnt seem like it wanted to come out haha, will get a drink a try agian later. there isnt any clips or anything is there ?

there are metal hooks that hold it in place.. thats why you pull it toward the front.. comes out with a little bit of work..

use my universal seat remover kit consisting of a block of C4 and a detonator. J/k's...i wouldnt have a clue about the VL seats, i'm just trying to be funny

push seat towards the back of car, and up it will clip out then u move it forward its not that hard

for the 'backrest' bit theres clips on the bottom outsides, then it just comes up

yeah that sounds about right...i think i just pull the rear seat out and up to unclip, done it multiply times, once you get it the first time you will see how the clip holds in the seat.

I've had mine in and out a few times... I get inside the car and face the the back, then use my knees to push the seat back and click the seat out.

yeah thaqts pretty much it u dont have to be gentle nothig will brake

I thought it was push towards the back push towards front when putting it back in, Get both hands in front of the seat and pull it back and the back of it up. It will take a bit of force to get out.
