Indicator ligh flicking on

Also today, i now find when i go over a bump or turn my right indicator on my left light flicks on and off. Could this be a loose wiring some where. any help would be appreciated..

left light? you mean headlight or blinker?

i would say there is probably a loose wire...vls seem to have bad earths...i ran my ohm meter across the fuse rail and i was getting a bell from a few...thought it was normal but then i thought that the fuse is in line with the active.
Ive seen a car when indicating its alright but as soon as they hit the brakes, indicator gone; brake light blinking.

You might also find that'll it will fix itself...my one highbeam light fixed itself after almost 1-2 months roughly...my interior light fuse kept blowing, but it fixed itselfwithin a week.

thanks, well it hasnt done it so far at all with driving it today so hopefully it has stopped...

Definately a loose one. Anything else obvious? Have a look at night time, Do a lights off, indicate/ brake test. Then turn the lights on and see if everything works the way its sposed too.

yeah all lights are working i tried tunring my lights off and the indicator doesnt flick on it just seems to be the light on my dash but it hasnt done it for a few days so hopefully it fixed its self

hmmm well its still doing it does any one have any suggestions as how to fix it cos the coppers have warned me to get it fixed

get a new indercator stalk, the cables inside have rubbed on something and opend up causeing a short out, simple as wheel off unscrew and replace with a new or s/hand stalk
