The arm rest has two screws - Phillips head screw driver to remove that. The surround for the handle and lock mechanism just pop out with a blade screwdriver to lever it off. Then its just a matter of getting something flat and wide and wedging it in between the skin and the door. And levering. Once you get a small part you will see the clips that are there every 10-20cm or so.

Oh the mirror cover may have to get levered off aswell.

    I think thats all.

    front or back?

    front:
-phillips head to unscrew the armrest.
-push the panel in as much as you can, a clip holds the window winder on, a spoon will help flick the pin out, however watch where it flies cos they fly a long way!
-lock and opener surround will clip off. careful that you dont snap them. mine never snapped but ive heard some peoples do. again, the spoon will do this nicely.
ibit around the mirror adjustor from memory just pulls off. again careful of snappage.
-if you have a speaker, remove it somehow!
-from the bottom of the trim, work your way around pulling gently. it will pop off then simply lifts off the window channel.

    back:
-see front, minus the bits the back doesnt have!

after you have removed all the attachments be careful not to break the clips that hold the trim to the door. squeeze your fingers under it and you will feel where they are and it makes them easier to pull out.
