need a guide on XF TB swap

as the heading says i need a guide on the swap like all details on what needs blocking or changing and anyother help,

ive searched and could find anything so im asking, vldavo or bex if one of use could help me i would b very gratefull

im off to get my xf throtal now

still keen but dont have a dremal rotary tool
how much are those these days or is there a other way i can do the grinding?

I read somewhere that a company makes a plenum for rb30 where the xf throttlebody bolts straight on. I will try and find it and get back to ya.

head down to supercheap and hand held rotary tools are around 30 bucks i think....there the go
