Gearbox Torque settings??? anyone?

Hey people does anyone out there have a workshop manual on hand?
If so can you give me torque settings for bell housing to engine, flywheel to crankshaft and pressure plate to flywheel. Its for a VL 2.0 manual gearbox.

OK this is from gregory's and is the MF5 and ME7 transmissions.


*reverse lamp switch 29nm
*selector housing bolts 18nm
*selector return springs plugs 29nm
*reverse check sleeve bolts 5nm
*extension housing to carrier plate 20nm
*bearing retainer carrier plate 25nm
*drain and level plugs 34nm
*front bearing retainer 21nm
*detent and interlock plugs 25nm
*mainshaft nut 167nm
*layshaft nut 127nm
*detent bracket to carrier plate 59nm
*clutch housing to engine bolts 49nm
*clutch housing to engine reinforcing bracket bolts 40nm
*transmission crossmember to underbody 51nm
*mounting bracket to transmission crossmember 40nm
*rear mounting to mounting bracket 25nm

Is there anything in the clutch section of your gregory's for the:
Flywheel to crankshaft torque settings? And or
Clutch pressure plate to flywheel torque settings?

Have looked all through the book and can't find the crankshaft to flywheel settings. Gregory's is a shit book but its better than nothing.

Yeah I know what you mean when you say that Gregorys are useless!
Ive got a VB seriers Gregorys and its soooooo disorganised!
