or just go to the wreckers and get some new gaskets (2nd handies) dunno how plentiful vls are in the adelaide wreckers but we got heaps here. I got my strobe lights inside my headlights and had to cut some of the housing to fit them in but I didn't cut the gaskets. I had a hole in the housing that use to make water drops appear in the passenger side light but I plugged it and no more drops.

Ya gotta drop the front bar and remove the moulds to get to the headlight screws (stupid design IMO)

the front bumper bar top trim only needs removing, be careful as it may be brittle and break easily
the light unit will probably be dirty inside with parts of the silver plating missing
be careful of the parking light holder as this is usually hard from the heat and isnt replacable and no one seems to know what to use to replace it

all ya gotta do is take ya grill out and then then unclip the clips at the back of the mould where the grill was and get under the car and there is little black clips that hold the mould in, ya hit them out and then u can remove the mould, and then your headlights

ok that sounds right, when we took my front end off we just pulled it all off. I think there is 1 screw on each side mould (have to undo from under the car.)
