Hi would anyone be able to point me to a 4N71B (VL Turbo) manual on the net please, I need to service mine and can't find the file on my computer. I need to spring clean. I know that one exists but I can't remember where I found it.
Cheers

Yeah allot of links dissappear from time to time and its always the ones you need down the track that go.
I've got the manual here and if want to know about something in particular just ask mate
----------------Actually I just had a read of the Gregory's manual and it says refer to your mechanic for servicing of this unit LOL
Sorry mate GL with it.

I am after the adjustment proceedure for the second band and the over drive band. I also would like the torque settings for the pan bolts. I have just dropped the pan on my rebuilt trans. I also wouldn't mind a Hydralic circuit as well please if that isn't too much to ask. I can provide a email address to send it too if you like. I have a Keas modified box, shit hot it is! You can drive it like a shoping cart all day.... give it some boost it shifts like a hammer hitting you on the head!

He recommended me to someone in nsw who uses his parts, so that is who I will be going thru.

What type of setup are you going for??? I have the 350Kw 15 PSI version and it shifts nice and hard without smashing if you know what I mean. I have been in some cars with tricked autos and some are undriveable. Keas boxes shift hard without a hugh shock that oscillates up the drive train. More boost=harder shift.Originally Posted by rb26dett

I am trying to stay with the 4 speed, but go full manual.
Depends on how much I want to spend really.
