you'd have to measure the height now and work out how much higher you need to go. lows are only an inch higher.

Looks tough from the front but!!

Yes a bit low, what size wheels are they?

The springs-maybe low and not super low..
I was confused now I'm just not so sure!!

Yeah I like the back of it, reminds me of a director rear bar and the sides look ok but the front I just don't like at all LOL No offence. What have you got against the walkinshaw front bar? That would have been my choice but its your car and if you like the look of it then good for you. Oh yeah and I don't particularly like those tailights either.

i like it. i looked at the same kit a while back. what was yours worth?
mine was going to be delivered to melbourne from perth for around $1000. dont recall the company. change of heart over the dollars was all that stopped me.
nice job anyway, best ive seen. seen a couple before. a yellow one looked average.

Im not a fan of it, but as long as you like it then thats all that matters. If everyone liked the same thing the world would be a boring place.

does the wheel hit the road when you hit a pothole? are those very low profile tyres sensible?

it cost me $1100 from perth to brisbane and havent got a bill for the paint yet.

they are 16inch rims and they arent very low profile tyres they are just the normal size.

The profile looks low in the pics, what is it? 50, 40 maybe?

Bit iffy ive always found that they are too round for the vl, but like you said you like the curves...where as i don't, reminds me too much of the vs, which i don't like.

You'll want it to still be low but practicible, you get used to having to take up two lanes to get over a speed bump.

If they're 16's, 50 is a low profile for em, my mate has 215/60/16 and they look weird. I wouldn't go any higher than 18's on a vl, you cant carry the ppl, just urself if you still want it low.

Those tailights look good with that colour car too.

i think i will just get some new springs as it will end up cheeper and also i just got new tyres put on a month ago so that will be a waste of money gettin new rims.

get King Spring Lows in, that'll bring it up an inch. then when you have the money put 17s or 18s on to fill the guards and it'll raise the car up a bit more. i LOVE the side skirts.

well ive got the number from my springs and im gonna go to pedders tomorow and see if there lows or super lows

i was told from the repco guy to messure from the centre of the wheel to the guard and to have the specs of the wheels and the will be able to sort something out

if someone with 16's and lowered wonted to messure from the centre and tell me what they get and what springs they got that would be great (mine is 31cm from centre of wheel to guard)
