:b: HI, Yes again-Help please ..
I pulled the plug on the AMF and connected the multimeter to pins 1 and 6 and got NO reading!!!
Put the plug back on, roll back the rubber cover pins 1 and 6 again and had a reading of 254 omhs..
Turn the screw reading going up, 300 omhs then back to 0 omhs nothing![]()
Turn screw more still nothing, so turn it back 0 omhs still then back to 300 omhs I can get it lower but WONT go any higher than 300 omhs!!!
Help needed 4 this puzzle. Thanks..![]()

AFM are nothing but trouble!
was it actually showing 0ohms or was it showing OL or something like that like what it shows when the meter is not connected to anything?
If you got OL (or what ever your meter shows for Over Load then set teh ohm range higher)
if 0ohms then maybe u need new afm

It shows 0 omhs on 1 and 6 pins with the plug pulled out...Originally Posted by HSVenforcer

RIP Peter (perfect) Brock....
do the check with the plug connected to the afm. With plug disconnected it would be open circuit
