vl - vk loom

will a vl sedan wire loom fit into a vk sedan (diff eng loom)? or are some plugs diff, dash. tail light rear loom to main loom plug, etc?

not sure but the air boxes on efi vks are on the right hand side where vls are left hand side so there could be a problem with the afm part of the wiring

They rarely leave the plugs the same from model to model, simply because everyone would just be "plugging in" the later models bits and gizmo's instead of buying the later model. The dash loom would definately be different ( I had mine out when I swapped to tacho cluster). The VK efi dash loom is different to carby??

The tailight loom may be the same because the tailights are the same but don't bet on it.
