Exclamation need help, please read, urgent

    hay guys
me and me mate were working on the vl turbo tonite as we were removing the turbo. in doin this we stupidly took out the distrubitor cap to clear room to get the heat sheild off. but stupidly me mate pulled the whole thing out not just the cap, the whole shaft with the timing wheel on the end. the car is as dead as nails now and im spewing and bout to cry and have a feeling this could be really serious as i imagine it would be so hard to get it back in the right position. where can i take it to get it fixed? i live in melb in heidleburg. how much is it goin to cost?
any help would be gratly appreciated
thanks so much for any advice

Don't worry, take off the rocker cover and watch the inlet valve and exhuast valve on number 1 cylinder and turn the engine slowly. Look for the TDC on the balancer pulley , when inlet valve closes keep turning engine until the timing marks line up at TDC. Put dizzy back in so the rotor button points at where number 1 lead would be with cap back on..

And if I didn't explain it properly GET A WORKSHOP MANUEL as it's eazyer to do it than think how to write it..lol
I was confused now I'm just not so sure!!

    RIP Peter (perfect) Brock....
