Default Ebay VL turbo $1000 ending in 5 hours

Yeah I wish I had a spare grand laying around because I would strip this and do a turbo conversion on mine. Someone in melb must want a factory VL turbo for parts or restoring?

It'd take a bit of restoring.
What would be involved in doing that conversion, simple pull out and replace? Bit of tuning.
Cuz i'd love to show my mate up, Just got his VL back from a mate mechanic, which put in a manual gearbox (has to be over at least 120km to go into fourth) , hi-flow extractors aftermarket ignition switch and a siren for a horn, all done for free; parts as well, so he's trying to rub it in a bit, but i don't really care. He just blew his turbo in his R33

Would use it for parts only, not to restore.

easy to tell because its still got the 15/16 master cylinder as the vl turbos have the 1 inch thats one very easy way of telling a bolt on job
