    Default VL clunk sound when braking

    hey guys im buying my cousins vl off him wen u go 2 brake cuming from the back of the car there is a CLUNK sound onli wen ur about 2 brake wat cud it be and is it a big problem? its not overly loud u just hear it a lil

    Is it disc rear or drum??
    I was confused now I'm just not so sure!!

    not sure wat it is sorry wether its disk or drum wat wud b the problem on both if it were making that noise?

    might not be a brake prob, could be a bush.

    does it do it if u put ur foot down and then back off or only when u touch the brake??

    Disc brake looks like this and drum like this..

    it could be a sticking wheel cylinder or piston depending on what rear end you have. if thats the only problem then don't let it discourage you from buying the vehicle.
