Where did the 16 second times for the vn and vp come from? I've never seen them run that slow in any factory or magazine tests?. Were they tests of a Calais?

I don't know , but all are autos..

There's not much in it, 16.21 @ 84.0mph/135kph

It has been stated by a major australian mag that the car companies often provide "hotties" for the magazines to test and get their figures.

I'm sure they all pick cars that have been watched down the production line and made sure the heads and stuff that gets bolted onto them are on on center and no dodgy bits.

I guess if you are going to send a car to get reviewed you want to make sure it's one of those 1/10 freaks that go better than the average

Thats it yeah, just tell me the weight and flywheel kws and I'll work it out.
If you have done a lot of engine mods and have had it dynoed tell us the rw kws or hp, or if you ran at the drags your 1/4 time & mph and I'll tell you ur horsepower
