Unleaded or Premiuim

What do u find the VL Runs Better on, Unleaded or am i better sepending that little extra for premium, sometimes that little bit more goes a long long way????

If you have no mods, unleaded would be fine.

When I run premium I notice a little more power (depends on the servo) but I get less km's than with regular. Mine is stock with extractors, k&n filter and 2&1/2 catback. Regular is ok but a little sluggish at times depending again on the servo but I get around 50-100 km's a tank more.

i just use unleaded, my car is sluggish no matter what i use haha,
what sorta kms should i be getting off my tank.

That fuel consumption is probably a direct reflection of your right foot..lol

possibly haha, I do know that my car has died now tho and it is a fuel leak at the damper just after the High pressure fuel pump, so maybe its been leaking for ages and causing my bad economy but its squiting out like a hose now.

my VL is completely stock 5 speed, I've ran Shell Optimax 98 for 7 months non stop now, and I think it goes a bit better.

I'm not too certain about performance or kays you get cuz it's been so long since I drove with normal unleaded.
My intention was to give the engine components a bit of a clean throughout the year, then I'll jump back to normal 91 octane, cuz I'm feeling the fuel will cost well over $1.50 next year.
