its a crock. RTA know whats legal on what vehicle. VLs can only run 18s max legally. the law behind it is you can only run 2" bigger than what the biggest rim your model car came out with. walkingshaws came out with 16's so on any VL you can go to 18's. if a model of car comes out with 18s then you can go to 20". ie you can go 2" bigger than HSV rims on an executive (of the same model).
