VL Bonnent wont open

broke latch the other day.. only have the cable... i yanked the cable however it wont open.. anyway i can release it?

if its poping up but then u cant unlatch it by try getting under the front bumper bar and push the latch off with a screw driver, if u can see it fan might be in the way, or try hooking the latch betwen the nose cone and bonnet when its poped up the inch or so once cables pulled
or if its not poping get some1 to push down on the bonnet and pull the cable

when mine wasnt opening it was the catch that connects to the handle inside the car that was sticking, someone had to lean on or whack the bonnet when I had the handle up. just needed some grease and a bit of a skim with the grinder to get the angle right again.

i have to hit my boot in the top left corner for it to open...
