NO. there are some without power steering. i'm not sure on air conditioning though. i imagine that it wasn't on some also as the extra fan in front of the radiator was an option.

As far as I know, you could only get one, or the other, on SLs.

The original owner of mine, decided to be cheap and just brought the car, as it was and no options were added. lol

    No Air con or P/S.

would be interesting to know what was standard with each model, for example all berlina wagons Ive seen have the roof rack

seems berlinas came with AC and PS as standard
there were also several short term models or option specials, other than the SL, berlina and calais
the calais wagon is rare, only a few were made near the end of the model run

    Like driving a tank. lol

It's not bad, turing on gravel, but you have to really muscle it, on a normal road.

The 18s have made it easier, then the old 15s, I used to have, with wide ass tyres.

Hmmm like I said, it's not so bad now, but I normally drive a Ford Laser, with P/S and more used to that, since I rarely drive my car now.

Well I mainly use it, as a weekender now or just get it out when I want.

The Laser is just a runabout car and more pratical, because I don't have to worry about it.

Uh you guys, make me feel like a sissy. lol

If it worried me though, I would've put in P/S, but I haven't, for the simple reason, of more pumps and things, means more can go wrong.

My SL's got air con (not working, no gas) but no power steering.

When i first got the car the steering rack was farked, rubber bushes gone and a bent arm so the thing used to pull violently to the left, parking, steering, everything was a real bitch for the first month or so, until i got it fixed up, and now i've just come to live with the lack of Power Steering and enjoy the amount of feeling i can get for what the car is actually doing through the wheel and the amount of change i make to the car is whats going to happen, i know on my mums car the PS is really light and i feel like im going to turn it 180 trying to get the car out of the drive.

Its also good because my dads got a rooted back so he cant drive it, and my girlfriend cant because of the muscle factor, so i know the cars always going to be there when i want it
