HDT Rims fo VL

Hey any one knows how hard or how rare it is to get a set of VL HDT rims and how how much they are worth?

I assume you mean the HDT Momo rims, on the VL SS Group A? (I think they're Momo stars)

As someone told me that they are HDT rims... Anyone know how much they are worth and how rare/hard to get them?

HDT Aero's arent they, seen them on ebay going for upwards of $2000

Those wheels are indeed HDT Aero's as fitted to the VK Director, a fairly rare rim but not stupidly difficult to get a hold of.

OK the 15" Aero rim are the cheap ones to get. The 16" version are the ones with higher price. But since the person that has started this thread, the VL HDTs had either 16X7 Momo Star or the rarer 16X8 Momo Star, both do cost a mint and much harder to get. Some VL HDTs ran Simmons rims too.
Best thing to do is go and see Sid and the crew at HDT www.hdt.com.au, they will help.

Alright I bought this 87 VL Belina had 4 HDT rims 205/65/15 tyres on them. I will give it a good polish. Not sure how much they are worh or how hard/rare they are, but picked up the whole car for $650 on the weekend.

like SL/E nut said, rims alone are worth more than $650!!! most ive seen in 15" ( over in Wa mind you ) have been around the $1000 - $1200 mark with the 16" going for $1500 - $1800 mark, ( in good condition too tho ) you have done very well mate and basically covered, plus some, the cost of your car!!

for the proper original rims a new set in the box just sold for $6000 for the 4 of them. i know a guy who is willing to sell his used ones for $4000. in VGC. they might be walky's though, can't remember.
