Hey all, in my VL the paint has worn on some part's of the plastic interior, i was wanting to know what is a good type of paint just to touch up the part's what are worn. Here is a pic of the plastic stuff im talking about (i dont know what to call it)
My interior is the beige colour.
And also what do you think of these rim's on VL's and is this a good price?

Thank you.
Maybe just go to a wreckers and find a dash in better conditition? Probably the easiest option.....

Tomorrow doesn't look good either.
God must love stupid people, He made so many.
Thats what I'd be doing, I don't think you'd get the paint in a colour that matches unless you take the dash parts in and get it matched from a paint shop. Usually fairly dear.
Damn aye.... Think i might just have to leave it... The wrecker's around here are a rip off.
Hey there qwertsta, I have just recently finished painting the interior parts on my vl, icluding the arm rest, and the 4" speaker grilles......It came up looking like new......I took one of the 4" speaker grilles into a paint shop and had it colour matched......I got the paint put into a pressure pack can......
Just make sure the surface is clean......and use heat from a heat gun to heat the plastic up....not to much just till its warm......then apply your paint....if you do it when its cold you will end up with runs and the paint will look splotchy (is that even a word)......
Good luck and see how you go.......cheers
Lets work as a TEAM and do it MY WAY!!
Thank's for the help. What colour is your interior? If it's the beige colour what type of paint was it? I pretty much just want to cover up the black worn mark's... Dont want to spend to much money on it...
