stage 3 performace chip Vl

hey ppl what is a stage 2 or 3 performace chip and what does it do. Iam going to fit it to to my vl ?any advice be great cheers

is it off ebay? as i was looking at eproms which were classed as stage 1,2 or 3 chips on ebay. one size fits all aint the way for cars, best bet is to get a new ecu for a grand plus and get it dyno tuned for your car,

if its a ebay chip then i wouldnt really ecpect much gains, advance timing and alterd the fuel map making it run rich and have more power, but chow down yah fuel

I would suggest that if the guy knows a good timing map for the VL which most likely he does you will get a fairly large increase in performance on the RB30. Everyone knows they make alot more power with the dizzy twisted for more spark and you can do that much better buy changing the spark map
