    I just hate badges altogether.

Badges on your car that aren't what your car is = ridiculous

If you're going to put Nissan badges why not put Opel badges as well considering the chassis is very loosely based on a POS Opel..

Furthermore the LS1 engine is not a "Chevvy" engine, it's actually a GM engine and it was never designed solely for the "Chevvy" but rather a variety of cars from the many companies GM owns, so the very fact that some Holdens even have Bowtie badges on them is beyond me completely.

It would be like if Monaro badges on a Commodore because it has Monaro tail lights

While we're there let's stick Isuzu badges on Geminis.. ARGH

I for one am glad people don't put Nissan badges on VLs. Why would you badge a car, with a differnt company's badge? Oh that's right, the engine is the only thing that makes a car what it is.

Alot of people think VLs are Nissans????? (Talking about mostly retarded import goofs)

    THEY'RE F***ING HOLDENS, YOU DUMB C***. lol

The holden rb30 was designed to HOLDEN specifications which makes it individual and HOLDEN. also those who have a nissan rocker cover how different are they i put the oil cap from a nissan on my missus vl and the rocker gear knocked on it and chipped it away slightly.
why would someone deface a HOLDEN with a bullsh@t badge it's a holden drive it proudly if you want a chevy or nissan go and buy one they are very different.
Nobody wants to play with me

    Holden specs- Nissans engineering.

If holden did specify what they wanted for the rb30, all they said was, oi, change the cam, drop the compression, put a turbo on.

    Nissan all the way.

Actually I had a Nissan oil cap on mine, was better then the holden one because it seemed to freespin when it was tight. And came off easy, unlike the Holden one that gets jammed in there and you need a spanner to get off.

Yeah I agree the RB30=Nissan all the way, but why in f***'s name do uneducated morons call VLs Nissans?

Even worse when it's a Holden bogan and they say it's not a Holden.
