i cant get my car to idle

when i start it the revs sometimes go up then it dies and other times it just dies straight away.. i have checked the afm, all the plugs around the engine, i have taken the dizzy cap off and checked that..

i cannot find the problem aywhere.. someone help me please

well i tried a mates afm in my car and that seems to stop it from stalling

well i replaced the afm and it didn't fix it

Fuel pressure regulator? Try clamping off the return line back to the tank and see if that improves it.

Still sounds like CAS to me as this is from your last post..

Crank Angle Sensor and if YOU don't try that you with never know what the problem is.

IF you don't know what the problem is 100% then it's a process of elimination then isn't it??
